n“Enhanced” intervention same as the standard with the addition of the 5 group sessions
nPatients assigned to the “enhanced” intervention must complete the 5 group sessions within 7 weeks
nEvaluations are completed at the end of each group session
nFollow up points: are at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months
